Welcome to the USA Border Roleplay Support Center. Please review the rules and requirements below before opening a ticket in our Discord.


General Rules for Tickets

  • Do not open a ticket for trolling or without a valid reason.

  • Do not waste staff time — always be respectful and considerate.

  • Tickets with no response within 24 hours will be closed.

  • Always provide as much proof as possible. The more evidence we have, the faster and more accurately we can resolve your issue.


Reporting a Staff or Community Member

Requirements:

  • A valid reason supported by 3+ witnesses, or

  • At least 1 piece of strong proof, or

  • 3+ separate pieces of proof (not duplicates).

Notes:

  • A Senior High Rank or IA will decide if any action will be taken.

  • This process is the same for both staff and community member reports.


Technical Support Tickets

Use this ticket type if you are experiencing technical problems such as:

  • Trouble joining the server

  • Game not loading properly

  • Discord linking issues

  • Broken UI or in-game bugs affecting your play

Requirements:

  • Provide a clear description of your issue.

  • Include any error messages, screenshots, or short videos if possible.


Ban / Kick / Warn Appeal Tickets

Use this ticket type if you believe you were unfairly punished or wish to appeal a moderation action.

Requirements:

  • Provide your Roblox username.

  • State the exact punishment received (ban, kick, warn, mute, etc.).

  • Explain why you believe the punishment should be reduced or removed.

  • Be respectful and truthful — lying will result in your appeal being denied.

Notes:

  • Staff will review your case carefully.

  • A Senior High Rank will make the final decision on your appeal.
