The Staff Team is the foundation of USA Border Roleplay. While members bring the energy and excitement that make our sessions come alive, it is the staff who ensure that everything runs smoothly, fairly, and to the highest standards. Our staff are more than just moderators; they are leaders, mentors, and organizers dedicated to keeping the community professional, immersive, and enjoyable for all.

What We Do

Our staff responsibilities extend across every part of the community:

• Rule Enforcement: Staff uphold community guidelines both in Discord and in-game. They address misconduct, issue fair punishments, and make sure everyone plays by the same standards.

• Community Support: From helping new members settle in to answering complex questions, staff act as the first point of contact for guidance and support.

• Session Management: Every roleplay session requires structure. Staff organize, host, and oversee sessions to make sure they remain realistic, professional, and fun for all players.

• Conflict Resolution: Staff investigate reports, handle disputes between members, and make decisions that keep the community safe and fair.

• Behind-the-Scenes Work: Many staff also contribute to planning, development, and innovation — ensuring USA Border Roleplay continues to grow and improve.

Why We Do It

Our mission is simple: to provide the most realistic and professional border roleplay experience possible within ER:LC. This cannot happen without a strong staff team. By enforcing rules, maintaining order, and supporting members, staff protect the integrity of the community. Their work ensures that everyone — from new recruits to seasoned roleplayers — can rely on USABRP to deliver consistent, immersive, and high-quality roleplay.

What Happens If We Don’t

Without a dedicated staff team, the community would quickly fall apart. Sessions would lose structure, turning chaotic and unrealistic. Rule-breakers would disrupt events unchecked, making it unfair for those who follow the rules. New members would lack guidance, leading to confusion and disengagement. Over time, the trust and professionalism that define USA Border Roleplay would be lost, and the immersive experience we’ve built would collapse.

This is why the staff team takes their roles so seriously. Every action, every decision, and every session is handled with care and fairness. Staff understand that their work directly impacts the quality of the community, and they remain committed to ensuring that USABRP continues to set the standard for professional border roleplay.
