The USA Border Roleplay community follows a clear rank structure to maintain professionalism, efficiency, and strong leadership. Each rank has specific responsibilities that ensure smooth operations.


Ownership

  • Executive Director

  • Founder 2

  • Founder 3 Ultimate authority of the server. Contact only if absolutely necessary.


Overseer Team

  • Server Overseer

  • Operations Overseer

  • Community Overseer

  • Stability Overseer

  • Security Overseer

  • Development Overseer High-level operations and overall server stability oversight.


Senior High Ranking

Reserved for the highest leadership roles above standard high ranking.


Enforcers Team

  • Enforcer Lead

  • Senior Enforcer

  • Enforcer Supervisor

  • Enforcer Officer

  • Junior Enforcer Responsible for maintaining order and enforcing rules.


Internal Affairs Team

  • IA Lead

  • IA Officer

  • IA Investigator

  • IA Assistant

  • IA Supervisor

  • IA Analyst Investigates internal issues to ensure fairness and accountability.


High Ranking

Holds significant authority and assists in managing the server at an executive level.


Directive Team

  • Event Director Directs initiatives and organizes major operations.


Assistants

  • Senior Assistant

  • Community Assistant Assist higher staff with coordination and daily duties.


Management Team

  • Management Lead

  • Systems Manager Oversees staff teams and ensures successful project execution.


Administrative Team

  • Administrative Lead

  • Junior Administrator Handles administrative tasks and ensures server compliance.


Middle Ranking

Bridges the gap between high-ranking and low-ranking staff, assisting with leadership tasks.


Moderation Team

  • Moderation Lead

  • Junior Moderator Maintains order in chats and resolves player disputes.


Low Ranking

Entry-level staff who support operations and begin learning leadership skills.


Training / Entry Level

  • Trainee Staff New staff members currently in training. They must follow guidance from higher ranks.


Important

Failure to follow the chain of command when contacting staff will result in a warning. Always contact the lowest rank possible first. Only escalate if they are unable to assist.


Notes

Assistants are selected by leadership and are not awarded through regular promotions.
